PTFE tubes are naturally semi-transparent or milky white. To produce colored PTFE tubes, a color additive is incorporated during the manufacturing process. Typically, there are two methods for coloring: using color masterbatche or dry color powder.

Conductive PTFE Tubing Specification
The conductive PTFE tube has an inner diameter (ID) ranging from 2.50 mm to 25.00 mm, an outer diameter (OD) ranging from 4.00 mm to 30.00 mm, and a tolerance (Tol. ID/OD) ranging from +/-0.10 mm to +/-0.35 mm.
Antistatic ptfe tube types
- 1. Fully Conductive type: Both inner and outer surfaces are uniformly black, with conductive components integrated throughout the tube wall.
- 2. Conductive I.D. type: The inner surface is black (ensuring conductive performance) while the outer surface is white, maintaining the core properties of conductive PTFE materials.

FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) is a cost-effective alternative to PTFE and a conventionally melt-processible fluoropolymer, combining practicality with performance. Compared to PTFE, it offers a 30% higher working pressure while featuring transparent tube walls for easy visual monitoring—plus, it can be extruded into long continuous lengths, a key advantage for seamless application in various industrial and technical scenarios.

Compared with PTFE, PFA tubing offers the same excellent chemical resistance and high-temperature capability up to 260°C (500°F), but with greater flexibility, transparency, and smoother inner surfaces. It also supports higher working pressure, making it ideal for high-purity and corrosive fluid applications.
